Therapist. Supervisor. Mediator.

Therapy

Amanda is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate relational difficulties, life transitions, and anxiety. With a warm and collaborative approach, she creates a safe space where clients can explore their emotions, strengthen their connections, and develop tools for lasting change. Amanda is especially attuned to the ways that relationships shape our experiences and believes that healing often begins in the context of connection. Whether working with clients facing major life changes, communication breakdowns, or chronic worry, Amanda brings empathy, insight, and a deep commitment to each person’s growth and well-being.

Mediation

In addition to her therapy and supervision work, Amanda serves as a Family Specialist and Family Law Mediator, offering compassionate guidance to individuals and families navigating the complexities of separation and divorce. She helps couples move through the uncoupling process with clarity, respect, and emotional support, aiming to reduce conflict and foster healthy communication. Amanda also works with families after the divorce is finalized, addressing post-divorce challenges such as co-parenting dynamics, blended family adjustments, and ongoing relational concerns. Her goal is to help families restructure in a way that promotes stability, healing, and long-term well-being for all members involved.
